This was a special commissioned landscape for some friends who live in Florida - it represents the view from their balcony. Because they wanted to hang it outside, I painted it on special gesso board and added several coats of outdoor varnish so that it will last through all types of weather. This makes a beautiful addition to their outdoor decorating! The egret is waiting for the fishermen to come home with their catches -- hence, the title, "Bringing Home the Fish".
